My 7 year old daughter has suffered eczema and stomach pains from an early age. Her arms and legs were covered in open scratched sores. Often we are asked whether the correct term to describe this kind of food problem is a Food Intolerance or Food Sensitivity and the simple answer is it’s both. We prefer to use the term Food Sensitivity as technically it’s the correct clinical term.
With that said though, the term Food Intolerance is also widely used and recognised across the web and by experts as well.
Ever since we were kids the Food Pyramid and the importance of a balance diet was taught to us. We must eat our vegetables, our fruit, our meat and we must eat from each food group each day.

I am a 48 year old male with long term knee pain which my doctor told me was the early stages of arthritis. I played a lot of sport in my younger days which could explain the stiffness I get in my knees.
